Selection, Evaluation and Training Process:
We take a great deal of time and pride when selecting prospective staff members for our security team. We focus on a large number of areas including but not limited to: strong morals and personal values. We want people that can make an excellent first impression through their professional conduct, their manners, and over all knowledge of the security industry.

Below are a few examples of the training, specific to your location that our high rise concierge team members will receive and will be able to execute:

• Telephone edict and concierge desk management  .

• Complete understanding of the access control system (add/remove a FOB, allow access, open/lock doors, etc.)

• Common area incident report writing and emergency contact information.

• Fire alarm procedures (include fire panel speaker system and elevator operations.)

• Full working knowledge of the Strata bylaws and regulations.

• Exterior doors/overhead gates security check.

• Sprinkler and zone water shutoff valves.

• Issue of parking violation notices and towing procedures.

• Move-in/move-out procedures.
