Concierge Services provides the following services:

• Acknowledge/greet all tenants and visitors outside of main entrance and will offer assistance as required.

• Direct all visitors to designated parking spaces and keep a record of all vehicles using the parking spaces.

• Signing and securing the delivery of packages on behalf of tenants who are absent.

• Assisting emergency vehicles and personnel as required.

• Coordinate access for all contractors in a safe and secure manner (repairs, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)

• Monitoring vehicle traffic entering and exiting your complex and recording licence plates/in and out times.

• Contacting tenants and owners by phone regarding all visitors, including deliveries, and trades personnel.
